1.To use services of HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY you must be major by age.
2. As a member and / or user of HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY'S Search Campaign based Classic Memberships and Diamond Membership Services you agree to provide only true information. If found incorrect or false HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY'S Services will be suspended without any refund of fee .
3.HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY and its director will not be responsible / liable for any false,incorrect,insufficient or deceiving information provided by searched brides/grooms (through search campaign) and also, we will not be responsible for any wrong match made due to any such false information .
4.Members/Representatives will be solely responsible for interactions with other / searched brides - grooms or their parents/ representatives. HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY or its director will not be responsible for any damages caused thereof.
5.The HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY reserves all rights to reject, alter, suspend, terminate the member's information in order to correct the wordings,errors or presentation so as to use it for search campaigns etc.
6.By becoming HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY'S Classic Member or Diamond Member you agree to
receive Emails/ SMS/ FAX/ Phone Calls /Mails etc. from HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY and/or its director/members or from searched brides - grooms .
7.HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY and its director will provide all or selective profiles searched through search campaigns.
8.We always try to search best match but we cannot assure so and also we cannot assure minimum number of profiles.As we cannot predict/find out/search about bride's/groom's Psychological/Emotional/Behaviour Problems/Medical Problems/ Overall Character, we cannot assure any satisfactory match.It will be member's/parent's responsibility to find out all such things before marriage.We are not taking here any legal responsibility/ liability of such things.
8.FEE is non - refundable whatsoever the reason is.
9.In case of any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Pune ( India ) only.
10.The terms and conditions are subject to change time to time, it is the responsibility of the users and members to read and understand before using our service.
11.By becoming member of HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY you agree that you have read through and understood well our terms and conditions and you will never dispute or contradict with us in any way .
12.Not only limited to the above terms and conditions, the HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY and its director reserves all rights to decide and act on its own discretion to any situation arises and you are unconditionally agree to the discretion of the HIGH PROFILE MATRIMONY .
